Warranty Information on Parts and Service:
Gigabytes offers a general 30 day warranty* on parts and labor. After 30 days, manufacturer warranties apply (labor extra). We are not responsible for damage caused by customer misuse, or improper handling. If a product is found to have been intentionally damaged through misuse, improper handling, there is no warranty, and the customer is responsible for full replacement costs plus labor charges. Our business specializes in hardware and networking repairs. We are not responsible for software related issues. Damages caused by acts of Nature are not covered by any warranties. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by our RMA department. Please contact our business office if you have any problems within our warranty period on any products. Software purchases are final sale.
According to Dell's condition for sale to resellers:
No Return. All sales are final. Neither you nor any of your End-Users may return Products to Dell, except as expressly permitted in Section 5.E. or to the extent that you are expressly granted return rights under the Dell PartnerDirect Program. Gigabytes Computer Sales and Serive, LLC is an authorized reseller for Dell products and services.
We sell all new computer systems with manufacturer warranty, and are subject to the individual warranty terms in the agreement. With new computer purchases, we may request partial payment (or in some incidences, payment for parts in full) of computer purchases with the balance due when services are completed.
*Under special conditions product warranties may vary on certain products. Clearance products are sold "AS IS" and may not be exchanged or returned.

All subscription sales for Avast products are final sale without exceptions. Avast Cloudcare business products sold through Gigabytes Computer Sales and Service, LLC are managed and supported locally. Fees may apply for technical assistance.
